Shipping & Delivery

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact our Customer Care Team (stay@litselect.com) to help track your order. We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 hours of payment. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Please note that Lit Select does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their orders. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Change or Cancel Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately on stay@litselect.com with your order number on the subject. We process and ship orders quickly. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at stay@litselect.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stay@litselect.com with pictures of the defective product.
